Acrow India Limited, a company incorporated since 1960 has its registered office in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad).

 

The Company was recently (in December, 2022) taken over by Mr. Gopal Agrawal, Mr. Shyam Agrawal and Mr. Sanjay Goyal (“Agrawal brothers”) (together holding 54.61%). The Agrawal Brothers have decades of experience and expertise and are engaged in the business of manufacturing of cotton yarns, processing and trading of cotton and real estate development.

 

The Agrawal Brothers along with a new management team has shifted their focus on cotton and real estate business and is committed to put their best efforts and skills for the future growth and turnaround of the Company.
